In our fishroom, we have observed brighter, more even colour across suitable cichlid groups. A fish’s colour also reflects genetics, condition, social position and its environment. Super Colour supports the feeding side of that picture; it does not change a fish’s sex or guarantee the same result in every tank.

THE AquaGel ADVANTAGE

AquaGel is a dry pre-mix that becomes a soft, jelly-like food when mixed with hot water and allowed to set. You prepare what you need, then cut portions to suit your fish or aquatic animals.

That is the same 1kg-to-5kg yield in a 25g pack, when prepared at the standard ratio. Added water creates the extra prepared weight; it does not multiply the nutrients. Follow your pack’s mixing instructions if a different texture is required.

AquaGel gives you freshly prepared portions at home, with less manufacturing processing than our cooked flakes. It is convenient prepared food—not live food.

A SIMPLE FEEDING ROUTINE

How to prepare and feed

Empty the 25g sachet into a suitable bowl and add 100ml boiling water, following the pack directions.
Stir thoroughly, allow the gel to cool and set, then cut into portions appropriate for your animals.
Refrigerate the prepared gel. Use within two weeks, or within the period specified on your current pack and discard food that has spoiled.

Feed to appetite and body condition, not an overflowing tank. Remove uneaten food and maintain suitable water quality.

Will every fish become equally bright?

No. Natural colour varies by species and individual, and social conditions matter in cichlid aquariums. Feed appropriately and support colour with good water quality and suitable tankmates.

Will this help keep my aquarium cleaner?

Measured feeding and good digestion are part of managing waste. No food makes an aquarium maintenance-free. Offer what your fish need, remove leftovers and keep up filtration and water changes.

What does non-irradiated mean?

We do not use irradiation to treat this food. We make it fresh in Queensland, with added vitamins, minerals and prebiotics as part of the recipe.
