THE FORMULA DIFFERENCE

Good ingredients. A clear purpose.

Varied animal proteins

Silkworm, earthworm and insects join salmon, krill and mussel.

Extra nutritional support

Formulated with twice the added vitamins and prebiotics of our other formulas.

Selected plant ingredients

Spinach, pumpkin, spirulina and kelp complement the protein-rich blend.

It is designed to support early development and digestive health. Watch the smallest fish closely: a nutritious food only helps when the particle or gel portion is small enough for them to eat. Offer carefully measured amounts and keep nursery water quality in view.

CHOOSE FOR YOUR ANIMAL

Who is Nurture & Grow for?

Fry able to take prepared foods and growing fish suited to the recipe. Very small fry may need finer particles or a species-specific first food.

THE AquaGel ADVANTAGE

Mix a little. Make a lot.

AquaGel is a dry pre-mix that becomes a soft, jelly-like food when mixed with hot water and allowed to set. You prepare what you need, then cut portions to suit your fish or aquatic animals.

1000g powdermakes approximately5,000g prepared food

That is the same 1kg-to-5kg yield in a 1000g pack, when prepared at the standard ratio. Added water creates the extra prepared weight; it does not multiply the nutrients. Follow your pack’s mixing instructions if a different texture is required.

Four illustrated AquaGel steps: measure powder, mix with hot water, allow to set, cut portions

AquaGel gives you freshly prepared portions at home, with less manufacturing processing than our cooked flakes. It is convenient prepared food—not live food.

A SIMPLE FEEDING ROUTINE

How to prepare and feed

Mix 3–4 scoops with 125ml boiling water, following the scoop and ratio instructions on the pack. For a softer gel, use 3 scoops with up to 150ml water.
Stir thoroughly, allow the gel to cool and set, then cut into portions appropriate for your animals.
Refrigerate the prepared gel. Use within two weeks, or within the period specified on your current pack and discard food that has spoiled.

Feed to appetite and body condition, not an overflowing tank. Remove uneaten food and maintain suitable water quality.

LOCAL IS PART OF THE RECIPE

Made fresh to store.
Right here in Queensland.

We start production when a retailer orders. Most food is only a few days old when it leaves us for the store. That is what we mean by made fresh to store.

Australian made. Non-irradiated. With added prebiotics, vitamins and minerals. A practical difference you can look for when choosing your next food.

NUTRITION FIRST. FLAVOUR SECOND.

Know what you are feeding.

Fish enjoying a food is a good start. Understanding its ingredients is the next step. We highlight key ingredients on our lids and do not use label splitting to disguise a formula’s character.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

Your feeding questions, answered.

Can newly hatched fry eat it straight away?

Only when their mouths and feeding behaviour suit prepared food of the offered size. Some species require live or microscopic first foods. Match the food to the fry rather than their age alone.

Will this help keep my aquarium cleaner?

Measured feeding and good digestion are part of managing waste. No food makes an aquarium maintenance-free. Offer what your fish need, remove leftovers and keep up filtration and water changes.

What does non-irradiated mean?

We do not use irradiation to treat this food. We make it fresh in Queensland, with added vitamins, minerals and prebiotics as part of the recipe.
